Saturday Training Sessions

Saturdays are at practice now!!! Get ready for one hour of tough work!
Here’s the catch. We will do a variety of drills, some will develop foot speed, change of direction, others for work capacity. The bottom line is that during the workout, if you don’t give 100% (the literal 100%, not the bullshit 110%) you will not get out of this program what we’re saying you’ll get. By pacing yourself so that you “have some energy for later” you are practicing “self preservation”. I’m vested in you not preserving your out of shape, weak self. I want you to practice “self promotion”, if you don’t go well into that tough place where you don’t think you can do it, or keep doing whatever the work is you’ll not progress, you’ll preserve the old you that we do not want anymore. We want the better you.
