40m Dash: Under 6 seconds

Bench Press: Bodyweight x 10 Reps

Back Squat: Twice Bodyweight, 1 Rep

Vertical Jump: 20 Inches

Box Jump: 36 Inches

Pull-Ups: 20 Kipping Pull-Ups

Dips: 12 also, 1 with 40 extra #’s

Deadlift: Twice Bodyweight, 1 Rep

1 Mile Run: Under 7 minutes

1000m Row: Under 4 minutes
